I requested for re installation and the technician was charging extra for adding wire and connector so I mentioned that in website it is shown that re installation charges is 250 (including re installation kit) then he started shouting and arguing and left without installing,then when i contacted customer care and informed the same they sent another technician,a old antenna was already installed of previous owner,so he said that he will change some software of set top box and i will be able to use it with the old antenna itself and took the box with him, it’s been more than 3 weeks, whenever i contact the technician he says i will come tomorrow and cut the call,he is being un reachable since last week and when I reached out to customer care theu say senior will call but no response,the dish is registered on my father’s name and the VC number or account number is 01520314889
