Dear Concerned Authority ,
I did recharge through airtel app on 29.08.2019 at 9:18pm, my bank account was successfull debited and I didn’t received any failure or sucess from your end. I called at airtel representative at 9:46pm on 29.8.2019 (voice record attached) he informed me that I had to recharge again as the transaction had failed due to airtel system issue and my bank card account will be credited in 7-8 days, I tried several times but airtel app didn’t respond after that. Due to urgency,i did my recharge for my Vodafone no. for 399 which I hadn’t used last 3 years, just recharge of 35 to remain active but your non responsive recharge error forced me to do so.
But to my shock, I received message from your airtel at 10:25pm screenshot attached on that your recharge is successful and I checked your airtel app at the same time but no details updated. Screenshot attached.
Just because of misleading wrongful information by your representative lead to double recharge at airtel and Vodafone with same facility.
Further lead to harassment by your senior help desk airtel representative at 10:40am on 30.08.2019 voice recording attached that nothing can be done in this and she said we will make sure that in future this doesn’t happen.
But what about my account debited twice due to your wrongful information.
Kindly take necessary action at the earliest and refund me my amount and also withdraw your services against it.
Waiting for earliest resolution as lot of inconvenience already caused to me.
