Text of Complaint by Laxmikant Karwa:

I had paid the pending dues of my previous postpaid connection but still my present sim is in active they are asking clearance from idea side.
I had attached my bill copy of clearance please do the needful..
It’s been a week I am visiting to Airtel office but no response I am getting. Now they are saying that you should ask ur previous network provider but I need to know while dues are pending how come they can port .
After porting from idea to Airtel I had used the sim for more than 45 days and now they are saying u had been not ported to Airtel only .
I have proof of calls and messages sent.
