My husband has not paid credit card due amount last 2 months. RBL CREDIT CARD Recovery department continuously called him regarding payment even they also called family members/friends/Office staff. They also visited at our home so many time. We request them our financial condition is not well. We will pay once we get some funds. But they don’t understand our feelings.. My husband was so disturbed by them & he has traying to suicide due to frequently harresment of recovery calls . Recovery agents using abuse language on calls They are also not following RBI guidelines.. kindly look into the matter & take strict against on recovery team..
