I’ve already raised a request to close my credit long ago. The service centre even confirmed that my card was closed. But all of a sudden I start receiving mails to pay the annual fee of the card. They started sending me bills per month along with the interest on the bills.
I called there customer service multiple times and every time they respond that their system is down and disconnect the call.
They’ve been reducing my CIBIL score each month and brought it down to 700 from almost 800.
This is not even a bank it’s a scam company.
Whenever I visit the bank they say that bank does not handle credit card and call up the customer service.
