Hi,

 

I am suresh from hyderabad.

 

RBL Credit card With limited 138000

I have not done payment last 2 months due carona issue.

 

I lost my job from last Feb, 2021 onwards

 

Due to this payment has not been done.

 

Card recovery team directly call my parents and threatening to will file Case against your son if not done payment.

 

My parent age is 75 years old.

 

They have any right if not I am not payment

 

Could you please help me and how to proceed to take action against him.
