My name is Prince saini from panipat and I am a credit card holder with RBL. I default on my payment due to loss of my job and asked RBL’s guy Rajesh malik to help me settle this account as I do not have any money coming in and no jobs in the market due to Covid19. Rajesh Malik ,and his two collection agents come at my home and Misbehave with my mother and father they are asked my parents to take your son prince and slaped on the chowk or after that my father asked why you slap my son after this Rajesh malik and there collection agents ABUSED my father. Anmol sharma or Rajesh malik and his team which is collection agency in Panipat and they threaten me that we have details of your phonebook and we call them and tell them that you default on your payments. But they say that we don’t care about that, we just need payments right now . I told them that this is harassment and I will complaint about this to RBI and court and they said, you do whatever you want, we don’t care and all we need is just payment. Sir, I would request to please look into this as this is really frustrating and I am mentally harassed with you collection team

please cancel the aggriment for this type of collection and i will take a legal action to RBL bank and collection ageny in Panipat to misbehave my family and abused my father
