My name is Prince kumar. I am from panipat. I am a credit card holder with RBL. I default on my payment due to loss of my job and asked RBL’s guy Rajesh Malik and Anmol sharma to help me settle this account as I do not have any money coming in and no jobs in the market due to Covid19. But everyday I receive a call from Rajesh malik and his team which is collection agency in Panipat and they threaten me that we have details of your phonebook and we call them and tell them that you default on your payments. I told him my problem But they say that we don’t care about that, we just need payments. I told them that this is harassment and I will complaint about this to RBI and court and they said, you do whatever you want, we don’t care and all we need is just payment. Sir, I would request to please look into this as this is really frustrating and I am mentally harassed Mr Rajesh malik and his 2 collection agent come at my home and misbehave with my parents and sister. they ABUSE my father in the street. Rajesh malik and his team abused me also in my home and give challenge to slap me or take the payment where we meet on the road. I will take a legal action against RBL BANK CREDIT CARD TEAM IN PANIPAT HARYANA
