Dear Sir/Madam,
My self Akshay, requesting you to note the complaint for misleading information given by RBL bank customer care executive about credit card limit.
Actually, I was told about credit card limit that You would get more than 2 lacs rupees credit limit but when I get my card, it is only 44,000 rupees credit limit. I have not used credit card yet nor create any pin for same.
So, I request you to note complaint against them for misleading information about credit limit and also help me not to pay any kind of annual fees for his credit card as I have not activated this card yet.
