RBI credit card is cheating a customer by generating late fee charges even though we pay bill before due date

Text of Complaint by Venkatesh k:

I have a rbl credit card and 4111.70 rs bill got generated for the month of January-23. My due date was February 7,2023. On 25th January I got a call from collection team and they asked me to pay 4111 rs immediately to Avoid extra charges. We paid the same amount on 25th January. But now rbl team has raised a late fee charges again I.e 606rs. I called customer care for the late fee reverse but they are disconnecting the call before listing the query from last 1.30 min. And they blocked my number again I’m not able to connect . This bank is too worst and they will theft amount from customer before any intimation. Pls take action against rbl bank.
