Hi,
I placed an order of Crepes with Swiggy app on 22.07.2023 and the food was delivered in RAW condition. When i called the restaurant and they accepted the error and said they are happy to redo it and said to collect it off when i reported the same issue to swiggy they said refund of 40 was done and nothing else we can do. I called the customer service and emailed them and they said the same thing that they cant do anything with the food whatever is delivered. it is what it is we cant help you with this issue anymore and there is no apology in the email. i was very shocked with their lunatic response which is completely shitty response ….. i need someone to look in to this issue and advise ASAP, its not about the refund which i was expecting, i was expecting the food and they clearly deined to redo the order and instead they said they cant help me with this issue anymore which is sadly highly irresponsible reply to the customer. I personally feel SWIGGY is behaving too rude with the customer, i understand sometimes things go wrong which is why customer support is there to make customers understand that they are here to rectify instead they are robbing customers with the different charges etc which is completely acceptable doesnt mean they do not give the customer importance. If customer doesnt place any orders, what will they do. Im a frequent customer of swiggy may be in the last 4 weeks i might have placed more than 30+ orders still they havent cared to respond me in a manner.
