In few of my rides I was not able to pay for a Rapido Auto through wallet option though I have enough balance. When I contacted customer care they said wallet money can be used for Rapido bike and not for Auto and Cab. In my city Rapido has two services Auto and Taxi. If Rapido itself isn’t providing bike service where I need it’s not my fault. They can’t block money as per thier need, wallet is used for customer benefit.

And the customer service mode is so pathetic, for one query they take hours to reply.
