It was about 1:15 pm and as usual I was with my 5year old son waiting for rapido to come..I called the driver from the app and he picked up the call and asked me my destination and location.i said him the same and then he asked how much money is showing for the ride .I said 118rs. Then he said that I need to pay him 150 then only he will come which is against the rapido service protocol..still considering as I was late I agreed..then the driver came to my location and started asking the same question and I answered the same..again repeatedly he was asking me would I give him 150 for sure..I said like yes I will do as it was lunch time for him so I agreed..again while I took the ride he repeatedly annoyed me and said please ” get down I will not provide u the service as you will not pay 150″ ..I said that I am getting late n I will pay u 150..then after going 1 km he said like please provide the 150 rs. just now and I will take you to your destination..I said how can I pay u now , I will pay u once I reach my destination..the driver stopped the bike and said ” get down ” n he approached me as if he is going to hit me…I then shouted and he fled from the scene ..I and my son were in between the road helpless..I cried a lot..the driver ‘s body language was not safe for us at that moment..so I therefore would like to register a complaint against this driver who not only deviated rapido service protocol also he has misbehaved a lady with abusive language.. moreover his bike registration no. Was not matching with the app registration no… kindly take necessary action against this..rapido app registration no is AS25S1347
