Am an esteemed rapido driver working in hyderabad since 2 yrs …the company is not loyal towards the drivers…we are facing very tough time..the fuel price is very high…in such crisis company should stand as a pillar to our drivers rather..they are cheating the drivers and faking us by making false promises…before accepting the ride the company ask us to complete to get surge price…after the completion they dont credit the surge amount and rather deduct massive platform charges and when the Drop route gets diverted due to road closure ghmc municipal works or due to rain water they dont give the pay for additional distance travelled..the loss hurts us mentally and gets depressed not making atleast 500 per day after excluding the fuel costs and etc…when we seek the customer support they say no kind of surge price has promised to u…u wont get it now and when we argue and describes our pain they say we understand the trouble caused we apologize for that we escalated the issue to the concerned department soon the back end team gets to u back….during my inital days in the rapido i used to earn 2500 per day and now cant make atleast 500 due to heavy deduction of platform charges they say only 15 percentage has been deducted but…they have changed the rate card by initiating the new time fare…we are losing huge amounts due to this…i have travelled 2.3 km pickup distance and the drop distance is 9.7km but due to the traffic police people has diverted and i have travelled 11.7 km but the rapido team had made 9.7 km only and i earned 51.36 paise
Now overall 13 km i got 51 rs the fuel burned was 28 respectively whats the use of working under hot sun…?
I have many proofs and many incidents that rapido tortuded me mentally i can submit few of the proofs
