range problem in my home so i called to the customer care they said that that system is down so they said that they cannot check that problem and call me again when the system is okey. how we know when the customer care system is on or off ,2 times i called but the reply is same ,call me again 1 hour later or the system is on ,all time the service porviders sent message about offers and somestimes they call for select like song monthly pack ,but i called for registering a compliant but they said that they cant call to u for resolve the problem ,still the range problem is here
