We often make online purchases, but today we received an unexpected COD order. Assuming it was from someone in our household, I paid for it. However, both the shipping partner Ecom Express and the shipping company AEPL seemed unfamiliar. I urge you to take decisive action, as I’ve noticed numerous similar complaints online. The Ecom delivery partner refuses to blacklist such companies and neglects to even register complaints or mark them as urgent.
