Yesterday I get a call from a delivery guy , they told me that there is a package for us and on the package our address and name so written was correct , therefore we thought that we might order something but later on when we open package we found a random piece of cloth they charged Rs. 586 from me in cod and later on we found that on the package there is a gst number 06AZVPJ2109F1ZE named with DAMAC, Panipat, Haryana. and there is no mention of any e-commerce platform so that I can send it back . Later on when we found that there is also a message from shadowfax delivery agency and order is From AEPL and we order nothing. I want my money back and strong action against them. This is a very big online scam.
