In the middle of the September my mobile- Nubia Red Magic 3s (Rs.35999/-) screen was broken a little bit at the edge as I have the complete mobile protection plan I called the Jeeves customer care and registered to repair my device and sent it on 5th Oct 2020 as they said they will repair the device in 10 working days I waited after one month then I got a call the parts were not available we can’t done the repair and they said we going to initiate refund for this you get a mail for confirmation. Meanwhile, I didn’t get any mail and when I was calling them they said the device was repaired and it will sent in 7 days, 5 days, 2 days like that they make me wait for another month on the end of the month while calling and mailing for lot of times they asked in mail to send the details of the bank details and they said the 60% amount will be credited in 7 business days from then onwards I was calling daily after 10 days they asked me 2 days one day like that, they prolong the issue on the 30th Dec 2020 they said you get the money today and 31st they said the same thing and also gave a UTR no.HSBC20325854850 asked me wait for 2 days and again I called on 2 Jan 2021 they said another UTR No:HSBCN20325859861 and after that they asked me to wait for Monday i.e., 04.01.2021 till now I didn’t get any refund and also I got call again stating to wait for another 7 business days. I was looking like a fool for them please give my refund or my mobile back in the same condition I gave to u
