I nitesh booked the Tshirt for me on 22 May which got delivered on 31st of May. I checked this and found that the tshirt size is not comfortable for me same days instantly i called the customer care and explained them the issue, and asked her to send me the bigger size in same tshirt, customer cares executive said they don’t have bigger size in same product they will raise for refund and i can purchase any other product as they cant do the exchange. I said them to raise the request for refund and take this tshirt back she confirmed me person will come and collect this on 2 June but no person turned back again on 3rd june i called them and said no executive visited to pick-up ur product again they said on 4th they will come but again had a same issue no person turned back still their product is kept at home.I want the authorise person from Flipkart to take this up and resolve my issue on priority basis.
