I have raised my first complaint on 29th August 2021 as my internet is not working. As per their policy they have cleared my issue within 24hours. Again I got issue with internet on 30th August 2021 they said 24hours. I have an issue in junction box and cable issue which they are not clearing from last 3 months. Now the issue has raised as internet is disconnecting frequently. From 29 August 2021 to 10 September 2021 I have raised daily 1 complaint which is total 13 complaints still they didn’t resolved my issue. They are saying within 24 hours your issue will clear and they also will not give my money back if the issue clear within 24hours so daily they are clearly and issue is coming again and again when it will be clear I don’t know. But they are saying it will clear within 24hours. That 24hours are not coming from last 13days and also repayment will not done as the issue is cleared within 24hours.
