Text of Complaint by Dhiraj sharma:

I ordered for Rainbow Umbrella via Meesho – ordered ID 137059721465_1 on dtd: 28-08-22 and delivery date shown 05-09-22 through online payment for full and final payment. Now without any intimation they change to delivery date from 05-09-22 to 12-09-22 but they are still not sure that on said date they will deliver the same. When I mail to their customer care mail if which is closed, I also called several number of times to customer care but they are not responding to calls, some times when they received call they casually told that supplier change to delivery date so we are not able to deliver within 05-09-2022. They force me to cancel order why should I cancel my order if they are not able to deliver any product in time then why they are taking order through Meesho app. Their associate behavior are very unprofessional and rude to their client and simply ask to cancel order if meesho not able to delivered. Now I want my Product on 05-09-22 .
