I have booked a train ticket on 09/07/2022 through www.ixigo.com. I have paid Rs.900.31/- by google pay. But I have not received my ticket and they didn’t refund my money yet.

When i creatre my irctc account by deafult my email id is created dummy ixigo how can i remove my dummy id.. Please help
