Text of Complaint by UMASHANKAR S:

I have booked Railway tickets for the journey from the Karaikudi (KKDI) ticket counter for 20.10.2021 by paying via Indian bank debit card. I cancelled the tickets on 18.10.2021 and they said that the money will be credited to your account. Also they advised me to send an email to compliants@sbipayments.com,
sre.risk@sbipayments.com,
vprisk@sbipayments.com,
complaints.mab@sbi.co.in and also to care@irctc.co.in, which I had send several times so far. But neither it was refunded nor any reply I received. Please help me to get refunded. Thank you very much.
