I had cancelled a train ticket of which the booking amount was Rs.163, But the Actual Ticket Proce was 155Rs.
My Case is, upon immediate cancellation, the refund amount provided after the Cancellation charges to me is Rs.25, which I feel is inappropriate by the IRCTC.
As an Indian citizen, we know that the current financial situation for an employee is worst with respect to the Indian Economy. Just because it’s hard-earned money, I need justice.
The IRCTC should reduce the Cancellation Charges to minimum cost, so that the traveler/passenger can opt some other means of transport with that money.
