I came across Garment shopping site loxona.in while surfing Facebook and ordered 2 articles instantly . Ordered number LXN2004. The same got delivered on 22 Feb 2023 on payment of rs 2680 via paytm to Delhivery courier . I checked the product which were some rags sent instead of ordered items . I tried connecting on phone number 9569259659 listed on Facebook which is forever switched off .

Any comment on Facebook is deleted and not visible
I have written 10 mails on contact us form on website which is not seeking attention .
Kindly help me register a complaint so others are not cheated by Loxona.in
