I am a regular user of the UTS app. I also maintain the R Wallet for quick transactions. On 12th April, 2023, I wanted to make a recharge of Rs. 200. I used freecharge for the intermediation. A total amount of Rs. 204.25 was deducted instantly from my Bank A/C. It is unfortunate that till 07.05.2023, the amount is not credited to my R Wallet. The Transaction ID is 376696588234C0746296. Every time the status shown in the app as “Recharge initiated”.
Now, it appears to be a complete harassment. The amount should have been credited back to my Bank A/C from where it was debited.
The biggest difficulty is that there is no information system from where it is possible to understand the present status of the deducted amount. There isn’t any mode of communication through which the authorities may be contacted. It appears like whenever transacting, customers are in the midst of uncertainty. If okay, no problem, else, the money is lost. What a shame! Place arrange to credit back my amount.
