Hi,
I engaged Quikr RTO services for RC transfer of my car from Pune to Chennai in March 2019. Still they have not even lodged my application and are not refunding my payment stating that they have already lodged it. When I asked them for an application reference, they are asking me to wait until 23Dec2019, due to some audit. Is there anything I can do legally against Quikr?
