I am requesting you to please address my grievance and also validate the customer experience and reviews for Fraud Quickmoney App on the Google play store to have a clear vision of my grievance.
I am writing this email regarding this fake loan Quickmoney App and how they tricked and scammed me.
I am from Hyderabad, India. On the 01 of June ’23, I was required urgent money to fulfill my shortfall funds for my basic requirements. I came across “Quickmoney” on the google play store. I installed it. It asked me to enter my Pan and Aadhar details, took permission to my contact and media details, and took my photo.
I started looking for loan options and tried to enquire more but I got a little suspicious.
Immedetilly, I tried to reach out to them and Called them but no response. After 2 to 3 min this App shows disbursing a loan, 40000rs from “seven products” and after some time they credited to my bank account Rs.23100 and the due date was 7th June 2023. They got all my data, contact, and media information. High chances of blackmailing me through my personal data. The serious matter of privacy concerns.
On 06th June 2023, a day before the due date they started threatening me with edited photos and harsh messages. I immediately paid the amount through various UPI IDs they provided through WhatsApp using an +92 number. After that, I told them please close my account and delete my all data. After a few mins, I received a msg from another one asking for the amount to be paid.
I got a doubt that one of the product gave me 6500/- and paid through app only. The payment was successfull also updated in app that is cleared after 5 hours I got a message in Whatsapp that it is not update in their system but updated in my app Completly I was confused about this. And he asked to pay 2500/- to close loan but I took 6500/- how he will close my loan by paying 2500/-.?????
I request you please take strict legal action against them. This would be a huge impact and a great initiative against loan fraud and scams. I am really frustrated. they are still calling me and messaging me on WhatsApp.
