Quiery related to a cash back of 899.90 in my paytm wallet:
I have made a payment of 8999/- on mi website on 24th September 2022 to buy a smartphone, thereby an offer of paytm wallet was available – get 10% cashback ( upto 1250 ) after making payment through paytm wallet. A scretch card will be given after payment is done, max timeline was of 4 days to scratch the card, where I have instantly scratched the card after receiving, it’s been 20 days and still the cashback of 899.90 is not yet been received in my wallet. Several complaints have made by me on paytm regarding the issue but no one is able to ancer me properly for the information. No particular time is given, the dates are increasing every day but still no positive response received from paytm customer care and 24/7 helpline. Mi customer care has completely denied to help me out in this case and as informed by them that we have initiated the amount and further quiery should be done with paytm.
