Hi, I have raised multiple complaints through the Airtel Thanks App and also by calling their customer service. However Airtel is closing my ticket without resolving the tickets. Also for the open tickets, no resolution getting provided even after the due date. I would like to complaint against Airtel on this, if I am paying as good as the payers from Big Cities why not I am receiving the same service. Complaint raised to act on Rights of equality.
