. i ordered 2 quantities of same product but I received only one quantity but I pay total amount but I received single quantity. I called up customer care multiple times and raised complaint. I got the below response from them.
“As per verification of our records, we are unable to process your claim, as it is not meeting our policy guidelines.”
I am not sure what guidelines they are referring to. There has been a fraud happened with me. It is either done by meesho team or the supplier but these guys are not taking any action against them. Also not refunding the money or sending the product.
