Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering
The issue that I have experienced was: I was shocked to find that the food was undercooked and had
pungent odour.
It occurred on: 27/04/2022
I want you to refund the full amount back to the source (UPI) that I wasted on the rediculous
food.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my
case, so please reply back.
