I had ordered Chapati Chole lunchbox from the restaurant LunchBox-Meals and Thalis(Ulloor,Trivandrum).It was horrible in taste,very salty.I had to throw it in the dustbin which was supposed to be my lunch.I raised an issue with the customer care of Zomato thrice but they said that they could not refund my amount because they could not control the quality,packaging of hotels.If they cannot control the packaging,quality,quantity of the food being sold on their platform,why are they even keeping an option of “Pakaging,spillage issue”,”Quality,quantity issue” in their grievance redressel?I have wasted my time,energy on something which is worthless.
