I have took a loan of 15000 from quadfin and i paid in full without any due. After this they are not at all closing my account and it is affecting my CIBIL score. I want compensation for this. Please note in the image uploaded it is shown that i have used the loan in 2023 but. After 2022 i havent used it yet.
