Dear Sir
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes value of Rs.998/- from ferrarishoes App(downloaded from play store) online on 08-08-2020 and received order confirmation with order no 45390.
After followup with their provided customer support email id: support@ferrarishoes.com received a mail from them; saying that, as you can track order on their website ferrarishoes.com. Accordingly i search for the given website is not available and for that i again mail them but there after no response from them.
