I purchased a pair of sandals from ferrarishoes.com online on25-07-2020 and received order confirmation with order no 28823.
After followup received a mail from ferrarishoes.com saying that it is handed over to courier by name expressgo courier. Once it is followed up then received a mail saying that due to covid their office is closed and the parcel with AWB no 2212228823 is safe with them and they will deliver once the problem is resolved. There after no one is responding to further mails given on support@expressgocourier.com form which i received the mail of confirmation
