I bought Realme TV 2 years back, and there is a panel display issue which i have faced two times, first time they had replace the defective piece with the new tv and now it is having some panel display issue again for the second time and i have extended warranty. I called the jeeves customer care and everytime they used to say “Technician will call you within 48 hrs”. I got a call from the technician, three times they visited to check the TV and all the time they were failed to repair it. Then one and half week there is no update from company end. After one and half week I got a call from Jeeves and they told me that we are not able repair it as the part which is defective it is not available right now and we can offer you the amount against this set of Rs. 17000/- and the defective peice we will pick up.
I was not agree with the deal and asked them to replace it with a new set else refund me the full amount on which i have purchased. And now there is no revert back, no update from there team end. Even when I will call them there is an automated generated call which says that we can initiate your refund if you agree then press 1 etc etc.
Don’t ever never suggest anyone to purchase anything from Jeeves. There services, product quality are rediculous..
