Hi Sir,
My name is Kapil Kumar and i had purchased a product- “Lenovo Ideapad 3 core i3 laptop” from Flipkart on 13th June 2022 with replacement policy under order id- OD225196588835474000. But when i opened that product and power on it. There were some multiple lines were showing in display so I requested to replace that product under Replacement ID: 12102522996760980327. At the time of complain, replacement process was showing to be completed on 01 July 2022 but there is no action taken against this complain. I called them multiple time on helpline number but didn’t get any proper resolution.
Post complaining multiple times . they registered my new complain Replacement ID: 12202539517508892738 and cancelled previous one which time already passed.
I’m very upset and mentally disturb due to this issue because i purchased it in very untold financial conditions. Please help me to get a replacement of this product asap.
