I made a purchase a one travel bag from a glamclothes site which also shows as shopifyemail.com and this site is handle by beautycalm24@gmail.com itseems, on 26th march 2024 i have made the booking and payment was done online but haven’t single update from them even sending mail to them about the order, please help me with this issue, i am attaching images of order and booking mail, i request you to please help me with is issue.
