I have purchased an Apple Watch series 3 through Flipkart and received with a toy kind of watch. I registered a compliant with Flipkart immediately after opening the box with photographs and they replied me that it will take 12 working days for ground level investigation. On 10th November I have received a Call from them (Vishal) and informed me that they can’t replace or refund for the product and they can’t help me further. I am helpless now. I have purchased the product on EMI through Bajaj Finserv. Now I will have to pay my EMI for no reason.Attaching photographs for more details
