I had ordered a Zyym self desined knitted cap order id: OD120637402729374000 on 1st jan 2021 which was delivered to me on 6th Jan 2021. I found the product was different than which I ordered and requested the return. Next three days everyday i received the sms for picking that but wish master everyday false update the status. When I called the wish master from my side he misbehaved. finally after the third day my complained was closed and didnt get the solution. As I am very old customer of flipkart. This is the worst experience of me for online shopping till now.
