Text of Complaint by Manish Kumar Pandey:

Initially keyboard was not working when I started raising complaint flipkart and jeeves started diverting me but when I started writing to senior official of flipkart and jeeves then I received a keyboard but whn technician came to fix the issue during same only he found hard-disk was not working at all and there was some issue in speaker and raised a request for replacement for both. Now company is refusing to offer the hard disk and speaker and asking to take the refund on purchase price(60%).
