I purchased Van Heusen Vouchers of Rs.7500 on 16/04/2022.
I tried to redeem the Vouchers in Online official shopping site of Van Heusen but it got failed.
On communicating this to Paytm Executive, later I was informed by that those Vouchers could be redeemed only on Store Outlets and cannot be redeemed online as it’s written in Terms and Conditions Statement. I am unable to visit stores, so I requested to waive off the liability of Rs.7500, but I was told that the deal is non refundable.
Now my Paytm Postpaid shows outstanding balance to be paid Rs.7500.

I am a student.I won’t be able to pay such huge amount of Rs.7500 just like this as I have not purchased anything out of it.

Please refund or waive off Rs.7500 in Paytm Postpaid.
