Last month, I have happened to purchase ‘SPINUP A2’ smart phone from Flipkart by paying Rs. 4499/- Invoice No. FSSSL12200003087. Order ID: OD122396343641334000. Date: 24-07-2021.
After delivery, the first thing I noticed about this phone is that it is made up of very inferior quality materials and no any finishing at all. Even the charger they claimed ‘VOOK’ is duplicate and very bad quality. There were no headphones as mentioned in Flipkart site.
Even if keep idle, it’s full battery power will drain out completely after 30 minutes!. It can’t be charged with its charger. So, I charged the battery with external charger. Also, the apps are not working. Its internal memory is only 8 GB, instead of 16 GB as claimed in Flipkart site. Instead of 2 GB RAM, it has only 1 GB RAM. There is no any G sensor and 8+8 camera, which they claimed in the site (all the screen shots are attached)
As I nether put the sim nor use the phone, I don’t know what other complaints this phone has!!!
I requested for phone return and refund of money on the very same day of delivery, but not yet resolved (except lot of phone calls and technician visits) and it is going to be one month since that. Kindly do the needful. Thankyou
