Dear sir,
I have buy walking shoes from red tape showroom which is in handiaya of worth rs 1400. After purchasing shoes when I wear next day, there is small defect on it. After somedays, there is big defect on net of shoes. As company gives 45 days guarantee of net of shoes but when I told them to replace it or give me refund of my shoes then they denied by just telling it that there is no manufacturing defect and now I am helpless and company doesn’t provide me any solution regarding my complaint. So, i decide to take the help of consumer court so that I can get justice from your side.
