Purchase nokia c 01 phone from amazon india website n got faulty phone
phone having heating problem, requested amazon to return and refund for the same
they arrange technical team for checking phone but they without checking phone just ask me to download one app to phone an said ur phone will get return u get refund for the same
technician name “kalyan” didn’t visit my place nor checked my phone physically
he csaid unable to come to ur place for phone verification or for any checking of phone
then he resorted that my phone didnt having issue n closed my request .
