I bought a Mini Pocket Laptop on 7th September at 2130 hours from Storagehubb ( order # SH13132344) . I cancelled the same on 8th September at 0816 hours because I found a better alternative and emailed the customer care email as mentioned in their website.
Sent them a reminder to cancel the product after it was delivered today at 1447 hours.
The biggest forgery which I realised was once I opened the parcel ( delivered by Ekart vide ref# SSGP9000002821) today, it didn’t have a mini pocket laptop but it had a shorts!
the return address mentioned on the parcel is Kartik Enterprise KTA19FF, New Delhi 110085. both the phone numbers given are out of service
I want my credit card transaction with HDFFC Bank reversed, bank can'[t do it till the time the merchant reverses it, please help
