I had a order no 39745 for ferrarishoes.com on 24th july, 2020, as per received msg they dispatched my order today 24july. I pay 449.10 online my trns. no pay_FIERbz73bCxuL2 which are favour in FAREVER FASHION Through  RAZORPAY .My awb no. is 2212239745 . Still i have not received my order or not my money. I try to contact the company customer care no or address, but there is no information about company address and any phone numbers.

I track my order and sent a mail to them. I attached the full conversation, now today i try to contact with them the email goes bounce.

I find this kind of 4-5 sites with different name with same products.
