I PURCHASE 2 NOS HEAD PHONE FROM JIO MART BUT BOTH DOES NOT MATCH AS PER SPECIFICATION. AFTER RECEIVED PRODUCT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT RETURN ACCEPTED WITH 07 DAYS and CUSTOMER CARE GUIDE ME TO VISIT SERVICE CENTRE. BUT CLEARLY MENTIONED 07 DAYS RETURN ACCEPTED IN JIO MART SITE. SEVERAL TIME MAIL TO JIO MART CUSTOMER CARE AND HE GIDE ME TO GO TO SERVICE CENTRE. BEFORE 7 DAYS WHY I GO TO SERVICE CENTRE.? JIO MART SEND ME WRONG SPECIFICATON PRODUCT THEN HE TELL ME GO TO SERVICE CENTRE AFTER DELIVERY THE PRODUCT . My Consumer grievance no. is 4661/2022 dated 2/12/2022
