Text of Complaint by anandamoy tewari:

8yh February 2021 send RS.10000/- to my Mrs. state bank saving account no.36092731016 from my Punjab national bank savings account no.3194000100103194 through upi id. vpa-8918920586-@pnb dated on 8th. february2021.
But till date my payee not yet receive & neither reverse on my account.
50-55 times mail & by phone call complaint to PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK local office, zonal office regional head office but they ignored & telling your complaint has been rejected because transaction done successfully, but when I am asking successful transaction prove they ignoring.
